Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will manage every aspect of our used inventory as well as gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Hiring, training and coaching sales consultants
  • Monitoring sales consultants through the sales process
  • Closing customer transactions
  • Purchase and Disposition of Inventory
  • Evaluating trade vehicles
  • Managing inventory on a daily basis - this includes all aspects of inventory management including product displays on our lot as well as online, service of inventory, wholesale units & losses, inventory matrix and inventory turn.

Qualifications:

  • High school [or college] diploma or the equivalent.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Automotive experience.
