. Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Infrastructure 8.x, 9.x, 10.x, and 11.x
. Experience with Cisco's Collaboration Edge Architecture
. Experience with Conferencing Solutions
. Cisco Webex Meeting Server (CWMS)
. Experience with IM & Presence Federation with MS Lync
. Experience with Jabber for Windows Softphone Implementation
. Experience with UCS
. Strong inter-personal skills in teamwork, team-building, and direct customer interface
. Documentation tools proficiency (tool skills) in Word, Power Point, etc.
. Skills in server knowledge: Windows Server, Unix, Linux
. Four-year college degree in Computer Science (or similar)
. US Citizen, - TOP SECRET/SCI with CI Poly STRONGLY Preferred
. Located in RTP (Preferred) or Herndon, working in Cisco office daily
. Travel less than 25%. Cisco Network Certifications (i.e., CCNA, CCIE, CISSP, CCNP, CCDA, etc.) a nice to have
