Title: Systems Engineer
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Provides operational support and incident/problem management for IVR product offerings. Carries out procedures to ensure that all applications under test meet organizational standards and end-user requirements. Works with management, support and development teams as necessary to escalate issues.
Responsible for implementation and support services for our clients technologies, with concentration in IVR infrastructure products/services, applications and solutions. Interacts with clients to define and document implementation requirements for IVR needs. Installs, configures and tests IVR solutions for agreed upon solutions.
