Pls read on for the details: Responsibilities:Lead efforts to baseline and streamline the distributed platformSolid expertise with networking specific to bandwidth, optimization and best practices that includes; firewalls, routers, video conferencing, audio, Bluetooth, mobile technologiesCoordinate device configuration and management to ensure devices comply with established policies, standards, licensing agreements, and configuration guidelines.Implementation and monitoring of policies, procedures and technologies to ensure devices are running secure and efficiently for an optimal customer experiencePerform with broad independence and deliver on project milestones and tasks assigned by manager on schedule while communicating progress regularlyAbility to communicate technical ideas to non-technical audienceManage workload and set appropriate expectations to team membersBuild strong relationships with whole team and organization Required qualifications for this position include:Competency in a blend of the following areas, typically achieved in 5 or more years of closely related experience:Hardware, software and networking support experience in a 24x7 environmentExperienced in endpoint engineering with a solid understanding of hardware and software architecture in distributed infrastructuresExperience working with server and application hardening best practicesExperience with a variety of monitoring tools and conceptsExperience with agile concepts as an iteration or scrum masterStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical solutions as well as provide expertise for escalated quality problems, and anticipated bottlenecks in the development cycleStrong organization skills with advanced experience with project management tools If this sounds like you, pls rush your resumes to and we'll reach out to all qualified applications.
