**Solutions Engineer - Strategic Sales - East Coast Home Based**
Provide expertise when applying solution-based services to prospective and current clients, supporting a nationwide vertical team of sellers in geographically assigned territories. Maintain pulse on compliance and multi-state regulations while accomplishing and supporting sales goals. Assist sellers in all aspects of RFP responses, WebEx system demos and on site presentations to drive revenue through continuing education, consulting and support. Act as liaison between the field and product management, operations, technology, and marketing. Reports directly to the Director of Sales for each vertical region.
New Customer Acquisition [60%]

1. Assist with customer presentations

+ Overall support of the objectives of the sellers in each vertical market.
+ Manage a team of Solution Architects to increase vertical market knowledge and help them to raise their game in understanding customer workflow, integrated solutions, and customer entrenchment.
+ Facilitate documentation of business case for product development.
+ Assist in the development of research analysis techniques to determine RISK products and solutions meet prospective customer business needs.
+ Manage customers, clients and prospective clients with clear communication and needs analysis.
+ Maintain a current understanding of RISK competitor offerings (i.e., price, product, service, or solution) in order to effectively assist in the differentiation selling of the advantages of RISK over that offered by its competitors.
+ Formulate a professional development plan with your team members with respect to internal/external educational programs so that your knowledge can be leveraged with your assigned Strategic Account Managers.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
+ Bachelor?s degree in business-related major or statistics or related experience
+ 8 yrs proven national and/or strategic sales experience
+ Excellent project management and analytical skills
+ Outstanding written and oral communication skills
+ Excellent skills with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
+ 50% Travel required within U.S.
