As part of our growing Sales Team, you'll be responsible for driving our end-to-end technology solutions with our customers. This position is ideal for an individual who is a results-oriented team performer with the motivation and skill to drive the technical pre-sales process. Action Oriented & Ambitious Job Summary: Responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process and working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate. Essential Job Functions: . Assist Account Executives in the technical qualification of new opportunities, understand customer requirements and articulate the value proposition of eSUB products to potential customers. . Building and delivering tailored product demonstrations based on critical business issues. . Present and demonstrate eSUB's solutions to technical and non-technical audiences. . Act as the primary technical point-of-contact during the sales process. . Provide technical support during implementation and post-sales. . Respond to prospect requests for information during the agreement stage of the sales process. . Architect eSUB's solutions that meet prospect requirements and work closely with the Implementation Team to develop customer implementation plans as part of the sales proposals. . Work closely with product management to prioritize customer enhancement requests and contribute to future product release. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering and/or equivalent business or technical experience. Experience in project management software and construction industry is preferred. At least five years of experience in a similar position in a technical environment. Effective live and web-based presentation skills and effective oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated creative problem solving ability and ability to learn new technology/concepts. Proven ability to quickly understand a prospect's business model/issues and how eSUB's solution(s) can benefit the prospect's business. Previous experience in customer service and technical support role a plus. Software: Internet Savvy, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Accounting Software and Salesforce.com (familiarity preferred)
