Job Description

As a Software Engineer, you would be responsible for the following:

o Designs or writes program specifications based on consultations with supervisor, systems analysts, other programmers, and end users
o Writes and maintains documentation of changes to computer code, programs, and specifications
o Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions with programs
o Analyzes software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
o Consults with hardware engineers and other engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software, and operational and performance requirements of overall system
o Develops and directs software system testing procedures, programming, and documentation

The requirements for this position are a minimum of 3+ years developing Windows based products in a team environment, and a minimum of a bachelor's degree. Experience in the HVAC industry a plus.

The ideal candidates will posses:

. 3+ years of Web Development experience including:
C#, ASP.NET, SQL, XML, HTML5, Javascript and Web Services
. Experience with Visual Studio 2010/.NET 2.0 and newer
. Experience with Client-Server Architectures
. Strong with SQL Server Databases
. Strong OOP skills
. Strong communication, problem solving, and creative thinking skills
. MCAD or MCSD Certification a plus
