OpsVision Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer for engagement in ServiceNow projects. A Successful candidate will have a strong ServiceNow background with the ability to understand and implement ITSM and ITIL. The candidate should have experience implementing and optimizing ServiceNow.
Essential Position Functions:
. Install, configure, optimize and extend ServiceNow
. Align IT demand with business objectives
. Improve Service delivery
. Advise functional and admin teams on design, development and overall ServiceNow best practices.
. Integration (interfacing) of enterprise software systems with ServiceNow
Desired Skills & Experience:
. Must be Proficient in ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.
. Experience in multiple ServiceNow implementations and have developed custom applications
. Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow modules: Discovery, Orchestration, ServiceWatch, PPM, CMDB, etc.
. Strong knowledge of Web 2.0 Technologies (Java Scripting, XML, HTML, AJAX, Jelly, CSS, PERL scripting, etc.)
. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Release Management, etc.
. ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (preferred)
. ITIL V3 Foundation Certification (preferred)
. Ability to work and think with minimal supervision
. Proven ability to succeed in a fast paced, dynamic environment
. Willing to travel up to 75%
Location: Continental United States. Work is typically remote but up to 75% travel could be required for certain projects.
