Job Description

3.4.3.1. Responsibilities
3.4.3.1.1. Assisting project leadership in designing project approach, establishing a technical direction and plan, and directing developers
3.4.3.1.2. Writing specifications that will meet business needs and legal requirements, and comply with applicable standards
3.4.3.1.3. Building and managing implementation plans for projects
3.4.3.1.4. Responding to questions from clients and analyzing what-if scenarios
3.4.3.1.5. Writing and reviewing technical and design documents
3.4.3.1.6. Providing change management procedures and standards to define and implement various types of security (hardware, software, OS level, etc.)
3.4.3.1.7. Collaborating with IT infrastructure specialists to leverage infrastructure capabilities and expertise in optimizing designs and applications
3.4.3.1.8. Screening and mentoring team members
3.4.3.1.9. Creating test quality assurance plans
3.4.3.1.10. Managing change requests and problem reports
3.4.3.1.11. Managing Business Process Management implementation
3.4.3.1.12. Supporting .NET Framework preferably in C+/C++
3.4.3.1.13. Managing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web service design and implementation; XML technologies: XSD, XSL; T-SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services; BizTalk Implementation; SharePoint Implementation; Web Security Experience: SAMC, Federated ID Management; JavaScript; DHTML; AJAX and HTML/CSS

3.4.3.2. Minimum Requirements
3.4.3.2.1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
3.4.3.2.2. Systems and network support experience
3.4.3.2.3. Intermediate skills in computer technology, including network infrastructure, security, telecommunications, software applications, IP operations, PC and laptop hardware and peripherals
3.4.3.2.4. Advanced and refined computer and software troubleshooting skills
3.4.3.2.5. Strong, proactive client-service ethic
3.4.3.2.6. Certification in network operating system(s) (MCSE) and messaging systems
3.4.3.2.7. Experience supporting users in Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange Server environments
3.4.3.2.8. Background in financial systems support
3.4.3.2.9. Communication skills and demonstrable experience making nontechnical users comfortable with technology concepts
3.4.3.2.10. Strong time management and detail-oriented organizational skills

3.4.3.3. Experience Levels
3.4.3.3.1. Senior level, with nine (9) or more years' experience
