Exciting opportunity for a high performing Senior Mechanical Engineer with significant Healthcare related project experience for our client's Philadelphia, PA downtown office. FOCUS:Lead the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering teamEvaluate, select, specify and engineer all mechanical HVAC and plumbing systems (or products) for large, complex Healthcare and Institutional projects.Develop project scope, budgets and design approach for all project sizes, support the development of design standards, and lead and mentor junior staff.As an expert in your field of Mechanical Engineering, bring a detailed understanding of all phases of architectural and engineering document production. REQUIREMENTS:PE license; license in PA preferredBachelor's degree in Mechanical EngineeringMust have extensive experience in the mechanical design of Buildings Related ProjectsMust have extensive experience in the Healthcare spaceAbility to be assertive in communicating and discussing engineering issuesStrong ability in performing mechanical HVACKnowledge of ASHRAW and other mechanical codesLEED accredited professionals are preferred.
