As a Senior Device Engineer at Crossbar, Inc., your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Generate device characterization and analysis reports to R&D and process manufacturing teams.
Work closely with R&D and provide guidance for device improvement and development.
Work with R&D and Process manufacturing to generate, layout and document test structures to evaluate the RRAM device in various foundries.
Generate and optimize RRAM write and read algorithms.
Generate and update simulation RRAM spice device models.
Work closely with design, process reliability on RRAM array characterization for yield and performance improvement.
Work closely with process reliability to determine intrinsic properties of the RRAM device.
Design device measurement experiments to measure the intrinsic properties of RRAM and improve performance and reliability characteristics.
5+ years of direct device engineering experience.
Minimum required education MS in EE or Physics. PHD in EE or Physics is preferred.
Successful track record in related technology development projects.
Experience in RRAM devices is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
