Job Description:

Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services is currently seeking a Senior Cyber Security Engineer II. The candidate for this position must be able to perform all functional duties with respect to the development, management, integration, and enforcement of cyber security capabilities for systems and networks.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Deploy, configure, operate, maintain, update and manage cyber lab capabilities on operational systems

Ensure all cyber lab component configurations are centrally documented and are available for new tests to be performed on a fully defined environment

Maintain the patch status of all cyber lab components and the patch status of related operational systems

Maximize opportunities to increase efficiencies through standardization of enterprise management and cyber security architectures to stabilize and improve infrastructure performance

Provide expert domain knowledge, technical direction and drive solutions for complex cyber security problems

Required Skills:

Must hold a current IASAE II certification with the appropriate computing environment certifications for the tools and devices supported IAW DoD 8750.01M

Knowledge of Common Criteria Language and FIPS 140 standards

Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and ability to maintain effective, working relationships at all levels of the organization, including both internal and external customers, users and other peer groups

Ability to work independently and as a team member in a dynamic environment under tight deadlines with changing priorities

Desired Skills:

ITIL v3 Foundation, or higher, certification

Experience with current IC or DoD acquisition policies and processes

Required Education (including Major):

(6) or more years of cyber security or similar experience required

Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in cyber security, engineering, computer information systems or a related degree or 14 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
