Creates and executes test plans for latter stages testing (i.e., integration, system, acceptance testing). Leads or participates in all testing-related walk-thrus
Develops technical specifications for large projects.
Build interfaces between components on different platforms.
Has in-depth knowledge of the system(s) they support. General understanding of all subsystems and interfacing systems.
Contributes to the development of design standards. Participates in training and communication of programming standards and best practices.
Has in-depth understanding of multiple file structures/databases. Can design data structures / databases with oversight.
Codes and may assist in the design of on-line systems with multiple screens and navigation on a single platform. GUI only: Demonstrates a good understanding of event handling.
Solves and implements the resolution to unstructured technical problems which impact one to many other systems.
Recommendations for technology decisions impact the work team and are reviewed by work team and manager.
Leads design decisions on a project team. Acts as a technical team leader. Has earned the customer's confidence in technical areas.
