Job Description

*6-12 month contract; possibility of full-time hire after contract*


We are in search of a self starting, motivated team player that is interested in joining a world class customer support engineering team. A qualified candidate will work directly with customers and their peers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-6 years experience in the information and network security industry
  • Strong level of knowledge in at least two other technology areas. Technologies include: WSA/ESA (web & email), ASA, VPN, Cisco FirePower, CiscoSecure Client
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Very strong consulting skills.
  • Good understanding of customer information security governance, information security standards and regulations, and operational realities.

Desired/Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in professional services, preferred.
  • CISSP
  • Must have the eligibility to obtain a TS cert (they do not have to currently have 1 but is a huge plus if they do).
  • Gateway expertise
