JOB SUMMARY: The Maintenance Division is currently seeking an experienced Mechanic to complete inspections and repairs of mechanical equipment. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Access all areas of equipment and ride structures for inspections and maintenance. Strong, broad background in hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, gearboxes and millwright work. Ability to work in all types of weather, including but not limited to hot, cold and rain. Ability to perform various physical acts such as, but not limited to, climbing, crawling, and lifting from various heights above ground level while carrying tools and equipment. Lift or move heavy equipment for adjustments or repair. Analyze equipment breakdown situations or problems to determine cause and corrective action to be taken. Keep daily log of maintenance and inspections performed Strong mechanical amplitude THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS: Minimum 3 years experience in a plant maintenance type environment. High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to maintain written records. Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings and available for overtime as needed. Adherence to Guest first Standards and a Total Safety culture. Must possess valid State Drivers License Ability to work in all weather elements such as sun, heat, cold, rain and work at heights up to 200 feet.
