Job Description

DUTIES: You will be responsible for: (1) Acting as a MS Windows applications and client solutions engineering Subject Matter Expert (SME) focused on designing, building, configuring, deploying, and supporting Windows solutions and applications (2008/2012/+); (2) Managing and supporting the SCCM/WSUS server and landscape, to include OS imaging, deployment, PXE boot, deploying application packages, and applying application updates, patches, across the Windows 7/Windows 10 client enterprise; (3) Managing and supporting the Microsoft SharePoint landscape to include upgrades, patches, fixes, and SharePoint site origination and administration; (4) Leading enterprise client solutions initiatives when necessary, and driving deployment activities to the MS Windows/iOS/Android device enterprise; (5) Enterprise auditing and reporting; (6) Working closely with the help desk and level two support to act as a level three resource both in resolving technical issues and in also performing knowledge transfer and mentoring to less experienced staff members; (7) Working on technology initiatives to include: VMware, SAN, SAP, SharePoint, MS Exchange, MS SQL Server, mobile, web, etc.

REQUIRED:

MUST have 4+ years of MICROSOFT client application and solution deployment to include 4 years of STRONG/CURRENT SCCM and WSUS expertise for the purpose of enterprise client application and solution deployments, upgrades, support, and maintenance.

MUST have 4+ years of STRONG/CURRENT MS Office application client enterprise deployment and support via SCCM and WSUS.

MUST have excellent communication (written/verbal), interpersonal, relationship building, and organizational skills.

Pluses: MCSE. CISCO. SAN. SQL. Hyper-V.
