Position Summary:This position is responsible for being a liaison between our client's Sales Department, and Information Technology department. The person would be responsible for identifying a particular client's needs and working with the IT product owner(s) to drive best practices, innovation and leverage of our technology to satisfy those needs. Ability to increase customer satisfaction, retention and adoption of key product features. The person will have the opportunity to interact with multiple levels of the organization and work with the latest technologies. The role requires a detailed oriented individual that thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys multi-tasking. II. Position Responsibilities:. Establish and deepen relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and providing exemplary support as their primary contact.. Conduct on-going account meetings to communicate best practices, develop plans for expanded functionality usage, provide use case examples for leveraging key product functionality and communicate new feature releases.. Produce and evaluate RFQ's/RFP's, identify resources and costs, manage budget.. Develop, maintain and manage a project work schedule with activities, timelines, critical paths and resource requirements.. Communicate frequently with clients on updates, information, concerns and suggestions.. Strong understanding and partnership with IT to ensure product development is done timely and accurately.. Serve as the customer's voice within our client, including services, marketing and sales.. Identify opportunities for potential upsell opportunities. III. Position Requirements:. Clear and concise understanding of our client's technology and system offerings.. 3+ years of experience in managing software development projects and implementations in client relationship settings.. Automotive industry knowledge (especially used car, remarketing or wholesale auction) a plus.. Solid understanding and experience working with web and mobile application projects.. Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.. Understanding of Software Development.. Working knowledge of power point, word processor, spreadsheet, other PC applications.. Ability to adapt to new technology as it becomes available.. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize day-to-day responsibilities.. Detail oriented, highly focused and very organized;. Ability to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships.. Strong analytical skills required with strong attention to detail and accuracy.. Ability to source, disseminate and properly apply secondary research.. Strong ability to build consensus.. Travel: Light to frequent overnight travel.. Job offers are conditional upon passing a drug test and background check. IV. Compensation & Benefits Package:. Compensation is commensurate with experience..
