Job Title: **Sales Planning Engineer** ; Reports to SVP Sales Planning Premiere Networks

**Summary:**

iHeart Media?s Premiere Networks seeks to hire a full\-time **Sales Planning Engineer** \. This role supports both Premiere Network Sales \(National Account Managers\) and Revenue Management \(Sales Planning\)\. Primary position focus involves strategic plan building; satisfying client targeting objectives while maximizing revenue via optimal inventory usage and pricing application\. The position will act as a sales extension in the sales proposal building process; working closely with the NAM, PN\- Research, and PN\- Continuity in order to achieve client goals\. The position will include aspects of revenue management such as pricing and inventory analysis, as well as operational functions such as plan clearance\-\- altho not the primary focus\.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Strategic plan generation within deadline as dictated by clients?/agencies? timetable
+ Interpret and satisfy client targeting objectives
+ Interpretation and application of demographic qualitative research in order to achieve stated goals
+ Pricing analysis
+ Application of sound revenue management principles
+ Plan clearance
+ Special Projects as needed

**Qualifications:**

+ 1\-2 years of either advertising sales, media planning/ revenue management or media research experience
+ Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
+ High attention to detail
+ Organized, self\-motivated, disciplined and thorough
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Ability to interpret data and provide data\-driven recommendations
+ Ability to propose analytically\-based solutions to problems
+ Ability to collaborate successfully with diverse individuals
+ Ability to work independently or in a team setting
+ Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

**Work Experience:**

? 1\-3 years? experience in a media planning, research, radio or digital role

**Education:**

? 4\-year college degree

**Certifications:**

None Required
