Sam Pack's Five Star Ford Lewisville is seeking experienced Internet Sales Managers
The Internet Sales Manager is directly responsible for selling or leasing vehicles at objective Gross Profit, Volume, and Customer Satisfaction standards from Internet leads and appointments. Assists in determining vehicle needs and completing all applicable paperwork. Builds customer loyalty and increases Customer Satisfaction through professionalism, trustworthiness, sincerity, attitude, and a business-like appearance in every customer experience.
To operate within the guidelines of Ford Motor Company and the standards of Five Star Ford Lewisville to build a relationship as well as create an experience for our customers rather than a transaction. Works together to create a culture where employees can LOVE their jobs and customers can LOVE our employees. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Attends to all Internet customers promptly; provides timely professional service.
Completes Customer Records promptly and accurately.
Follows up with 100% of customers within three days of vehicle delivery.
Meets or exceeds monthly Sales Minimum Standards
Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, resolving customer concerns, and selling additional services when appropriate.
Builds customer loyalty and promotes the dealership brand image by following the Dealership Process.
Is accurate and timely in completing paperwork and assigned tasks.
Answers incoming telephone calls promptly, courteously, and makes every effort to satisfy the caller's inquiry.
Delivers vehicles to customers in a positive and memorable way creating a best in class experience.
Effectively prospects by phone, mail, e-mail, social media and face-to-face.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
Notifies prospects of upcoming special programs and promotions.
Calculates and tracks progress of sales and prospect goals and sales deals.
Effectively sells by.
o Determining customer's needs and wants.
o Explaining vehicle's features and benefits versus those of the competition.
o Effectively performs demonstration drives.
o Understand equity and values
o Overcomes objections.
Effectively uses the Internet to prospect and sell vehicles.
