Technical Sales Engineer Full Time Position Summary: AZCO is a growing company and we are looking for you to help us expand our sales team. The company designs and supplies units and modules to reduce manufacturer's production cost and help them bring new products to market. Our markets are packaging, medical device machine builders and integrators. The overall focus for this position is to build relationships with key customers and expand our market penetration. Success Factors 1. Quickly learn our products and have the technical ability to help our customers find solutions to their projects. Strong mechanical aptitude is required. 2. Must have 3-5 years proven sales growth. 3. Able to understand and communicate effectively with customers both verbally and written. 4. Build long term relationships with key customers 5. Implement sales plan to achieve sales growth in assigned products 6. Participate in trade shows, account growth 7. Travel 25-50% 8. Possess strong oral, written, and presentation skills 9. Excellent computer, planning and organizational skills 10. Work effectively in a sales team and individually 11. Supports overall company goals. 12.
