The RMA Failure Analysis Engineer plays a crucial role in overseeing the supplier approval system, conducting audits, and improving Supplier Quality Performance in addition to ensuring adherence to Quality Management Systems requirements. You will bring a degree in Material Science or Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering; experience in a manufacturing organization, and familiarity with FA process, Jedec and IPC standards. You will leverage your extensive background in Quality Assurance and improve the RCCA process at Kaiam.
