Quality Engineer You will be a good fit if you are thoughtful, high energy, action oriented; have a healthy sense of urgency; learning is important so you like feedback because you want to grow professionally; you like to be challenged; you can wear multiple hats; you prefer the action pace of a smaller company and found the pace of larger companies is too slow for you. YOU MUST HAVE - Engineering Degree (equivalent or related discipline can work) - Five years or more of experience as a QE - Worked in an environment with machined parts. - Worked in forging, wheel manufacturing, stamping, spinning, flow forming or job shops. (Experience in aluminum and wheels are pluses) - Worked in small companies. - Been part of using and documenting QMS, EMS and OHAS Systems. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: 1. Take the lead on organizational Systems; ISOtransitioning to ISOnext year) ISOOSHASTo prepare for yearly audits. 2. Measure and report on the key Quality criteria. 3. Oversee Correction Action System 4. Manage MRB Process 5. Internal Auditing (QMS, EMS, OHAS) Requirements will include: 1. Strong background in Statistics and other analytical quality techniques. 2. Experience in the use of CMM's and other quality related equipment and tools, Portable CMM's, CMM'S, Ultrasonic Measurement tools, Portable Hardness measurement tools (rebound type) 3. You have worked in this environment with an ISO 9001: 2008 system.
