Reporting to the Sr. Director of Quality Management Systems, this analytical and hands-on role will focus on the deployment of the Quality Management System. Develop and deploy Quality Management System processes company wide
Lead a cross functional team (functional and segment representation) which will deliver Continuous Quality Improvement processes
Define and pilot processes in conjunction with the segments to meet the Cost of Poor Quality reduction goals
Perform benchmarking of World Class Quality processes across industries to understand and implement the best practices from a variety of companies
In conjunction with the multiple functional areas, define an issue and corrective action process to improve Customer Satisfaction.
Define a prioritization process for quality improvement projects including proposed tools and methodologies to be deployed
Bachelor's degree in science or engineering related field
5+ years of experience in the field of data analysis, problem/project identification and resolution
Excellent project management and prioritization skills
50% travel required (includes international)
Proficiency in computer software and programs, including Microsoft Office and related analytical software such as Minitab or SAS.
Lean and/or Six Sigma experience preferred
ISO9001-2008 or TS16949 experience preferred
