Deliver projects on-time; actively managing and meeting external and internal execution commitments, promptly raising and helping mitigate risks. Deliver projects on-budget; active planning, consistent methodology and attention to detail, active risk management, and prompt, positive communication to resolve variance and equitably attain the goal. With specific goals and weighting established within your individual Performance Compensation plan, your success in this role is measured by: Organization Client Satisfaction (CSAT) Score Project Services Gross Profit Project Services Gross Margin Attributed Individual Gross Revenue GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Clearly organize and communicate-for-understanding technical records and decision points to a variety of audiences, both technical and non-technical. Demonstrate initiative in recognizing, pursuing, and advocating improvements in process, delivery, and performance of the Project Services team. Maintain a strong level of technical expertise in the core technologies Aldridge represents in the marketplace. Maintain a capable level of technical expertise in a majority of the ancillary technologies Aldridge represents in the marketplace. Maintain a capable level of process awareness, adherence, and improvement in how Aldridge delivers Projects in the marketplace. Maintain a capable level of client relationship awareness and proficiency in representing and implementing Projects. Participate and contribute in Aldridge's technical and service delivery leadership. Understand how a given implementation aligns to the client's operating goals and business technology environment. Participate as an initiative member in the evaluation of candidate technologies and improvements in the Aldridge portfolio. Proactively manage and report upon individual portfolio of active work, both actively in process and upcoming, to understand task priorities and achieve on-time, on-budget end-delivery objectives. Coordinate project delivery components with other resources as directed. Proactively recognize and promptly communicate unhandled delivery risks to peer or senior resources, and participate in the resolution and mitigation of those risks. Contribute to the delivery capacity and efficiency of Project Services. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Project Engineer Is must be certified to Aldridge's Tech Level 2 standard within twelve (12) months, and maintain competency to at least that standard as it evolves. Aldridge Tech Level 2 includes requirements to achieve and maintain current Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) and Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) certifications. ON-CALL REQUIREMENTS Project Engineer Is may be required to be available and to participate in unplanned, escalated resolution and implementation situations, including instances outside of regular working hours.
