The Role - Presales Engineer:

In this exciting composite role, you'll combine your technical
expertise with a client facing focus. Working in partnership with
Enterprise Sales, you'll possess a technical footing, preferably
specialising in cloud storage or an associated background. You will
combine your expert technical knowledge with a commercial mind,
helping to close sales by clarifying technical aspects that are
difficult for the client to fathom. The successful candidate will be
comfortable presenting to groups of high level professionals,
they'll have an opinion and a project management focus as well as a
being practice aligned in a technical discipline.

The Role:

. Continuously look to enhance your existing technical expertise in
order to clarify customer concerns over our client's products and
services
. Collaborate with Enterprise Sales and project manage multi-million
dollar contracts with clients from start to finish
. Present to groups of high level professionals, deploying a
consultative approach alongside your technical expertise
. Be fully conversant in the commercial aspect of the deals you're
helping to close

You:

. 10+ years of technical enterprise Pre-Sales experience with a
focus on solution sales
. You will thrive in a client facing environment
. Knowledge of the technical aspects of networking, storage, server,
backup and virtualization hardware, software and architecture(s)
. Understand the technical demands and requirements within the tech
sphere
. A consultative approach and the ability to comfortably liaise both
internally and externally
. The ability to comfortably present to groups of high level
professionals
. Practice aligned - with a background in collaboration, cloud,
networking, big data or similar
. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
. Cisco, EMC, HP TSG and/or VMware certifications highly desired
. The ability to professionally convey/articulate the value of our
client's proposition to potential clients
