**Job Responsibilities:**












+ Oversee branch servicing activities. Monitor repair jobs in-house for quality, timeliness and efficiency. Monitor compliance with warranty and with planned maintenance requirements. Analyze and report service efficiencies, and develop processes to track and enhance performance. Conduct meetings with service personnel to coordinate activities and discuss issues. Coordinate service activities with parts and sales departments. Participate in servicing decisions for purchased used equipment, National Account rental fleet, and lease returns.





+ Develop service strategies and coordinate with other departments. Conduct and participate in service meetings. May also plan account strategy with sales and rental representatives, individually or with other manager(s). Confer with Operations Manager, General Manager and other home office personnel. Review and/or approve pricing for repair jobs completed at branch or dealer locations. Make recommendations on suitability of repair to Encore and MoveMore Manager(s).





+ Service accounts. Establish procedures to ensure rental equipment on direct rent to customers receives periodic maintenance, as required. Coordinate with servicing branch or dealer locations to ensure a schedule is established. Ensure all equipment and processes meet or exceed minimum safety requirements.





+ Recruit, develop and evaluate personnel. Select, train, develop and counsel direct reports. Travel to customer locations, to ensure customer satisfaction with product and quality. Conduct training on products and techniques with individuals and groups. Direct or participate in any complex personnel situation, such as a termination. Perform duties such as creating/revising job descriptions, conducting Talent Development discussion sessions, rating performance, establishing/tracking goals and completing annual wage reviews. Responsible for coaching, motivating, mentoring, and developing direct reports to successfully take on additional responsibilities. Communicate compensation decisions to all direct reports.





+ Ensure compliance with all environmental and safety regulations. May document accidents involving Company products and coordinate the legal response. Review sales revenue and cost projections. Prepare budget for Operations Manager and revise as necessary. Track financial performance, identify variances and take appropriate actions.













**Qualifications:**












+ Must be able to occasionally lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.





+ Must have valid driving privileges and able to safely operate lift trucks and vehicles/service vans.





+ 5-7 years? related experience





+ High School diploma or equivalent required. A two year college degree with five to seven years of prior experience in industrial equipment servicing preferred.





+ Experience as a mechanic and with the Company is desirable.
