Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Engineers, strong on quality.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ability to help develop lean initiatives and drive improvements to flow, layout and machine performance

  • Work with design team on manufacturability of windows within our plant

  • Develop continuous improvement culture

  • Manage and Develop maintenance team

  • Work with AutoCAD

  • Work to promote a team environment and build relationships with the team

  • Track metrics and develop strategy for improvements (Lean, Preventative Maintenance, TPM, Quality control, etc.)

  • Improve Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Engineering from an accredited Engineering School

    • Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineers Preferred

  • AutoCAD experience

  • 1 to 7 years of manufacturing engineering experience

  • Led lean events and can translate results of those events (takt time improvement, problem resolution, $$ savings, etc.)

  • Equipment integration/ machine optimization experience preferred

  • Controls experience preferred

  • Strong root cause analysis and problem solving skills

  • Ability to build relationships and motivate employees at all levels

  • Stable work history and desire to grow within a company

  • High level of maturity and professionalism
