Maintenance Engineer - Multiple Needs throughout the Upper Midwest
Our client is an International food and beverage manufacturing organization with over 45 locations nationwide. Due to continued growth we are seeking several /"Key/" individuals for the position of Maintenance Engineer. In the Maintenance Engineer position, the individual will have heavy involvement in Capital Projects, including new equipment installations and line extensions. This position will incorporate projects, vendor selection, cost estimation, plant layout, project implementation, as well as day to day maintenance activities, involving high speed equipment. The Maintenance Engineer will supervise a team of up to 12 Maintenance Technicians, and will report to the Maintenance Manager for the facility.

Requirements: Maintenance Engineer
* 4 Year Degree in Engineering - offsetting industry experience will be considered
* 1 Year of Maintenance or Engineering experience within the Pharmaceutical, Food, or Agricultural
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong Team Building skills, and record of success in Project Implementation and/or Maintenance Management, and Contractor Management
