The primary function of the Maintenance Coordinator position is to coordinate the administrative functions of the maintenance department and assist with coordination of scheduled maintenance and repairs of company owned and leased equipment. The Maintenance Coordinator will receive, prioritize and create electronic work orders for mechanics and assist in monitoring work flow in the TMT maintenance software system. Individual will perform a wide variety of administrative tasks assisting management in the execution of duties. The position requires professional communication, computer and customer service skills. Position represents the company in a positive image with employees, customers and the community always performing in a safe and ethical manner.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High school diploma or equivalent is required; 1-3 years experience in a maintenance administrative role preferred. Excellent data entry skills required. Experience with industry specific software programs preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS / SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Must possess and demonstrate excellent computer skills; highly proficient in Microsoft Office software i.e.; Word, Outlook, and Excel. Must demonstrate the ability to learn industry specific software and possess strong data entry skills. Must possess strong interpersonal skills, demonstrate good communication skills, both written and oral; must demonstrate strong customer service skills to internal and external customers both in person and on the phone. Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects, have process efficiency skills and organizational skills are required.
