Arrow Environmental Services offers platform specific services that may or may not include all the following: pest, termite, wildlife, lawn care and many other important services to homeowners and commercial properties.
As a Lawn Service Manager for Arrow Environmental Services, you will be responsible for overseeing service function(s) including but not limited to staffing, human resources functions, training, technician sales, and compliance with all state and federal regulations and laws. You will ensure quality service to all customers and achieve performance objectives to create a highly effective team of employees so that the branch successfully meets and exceeds budgeted goals in sales, service, customer satisfaction and cost control while upholding EPS' core values. Our Branch Service Manager are responsible to assist in the recruiting, hiring, and training service technicians, monitor production goals, provide tailored coaching and action plans to motivate employees, conduct branch meetings, provide in-the-field leadership, and ensure that the customers receive exceptional customer service and have positive experiences with every interaction.
. Provide direction and assign tasks to service staff in their functional areas ensuring compliance, proper training, adherence to company policies, safety.
. Supports technician staff to meet production and customer retention goals.
. Listen and respond to customer complaints and work with employees to resolve issues/concerns ensuring follow up
. No less than 60% of working hours will be spent providing in-the-field leadership by riding with production staff to personally inspect jobs, assess progress, ensure compliance and proper techniques, increase management-level presence with customers, and provide additional support to employees.
. Assists in the recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of production technicians
. Partner with branch manager to address employee relation issues including performance, attendance, etc.
. Maintains employee timecards through payroll system
. Assist Branch Manager in maintaining proper inventory of pest control, termite, and related products and issue to technicians as appropriate
. Maintains fleet including vehicle inspections, accident procedures, coordinating service
. Provide excellent communication and customer service skills to build trust and create positive customer experiences.
. Ability to read and understand product/PPE labels accurately to ensure that they are properly applied, stored and disposed of in compliance with State and Federal laws.
. Adhere and abide to all driving laws/company policies when operating company vehicles.
. Comply with all State and Federal regulations.
. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
. Other duties as assigned.
. High School diploma or equivalent.
. Relative service industry experience is preferred.
. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
. Must have excellent written and verbal communication, with particular emphasis during telephone calls, follow-ups, and in-person correspondence.
. Must have valid driver license, be 21 years of age, and meet minimum eligibility requirements criteria of insurance carrier.
. Ability to walk and sit for extended periods of time, required to crawl in confined spaces, work in outside weather conditions, and climb a ladder to evaluate attic space.
. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products and mobile device platforms.
