Job Description:

Wm. P. Young Co., a non-affiliated company of Plastipak Packaging, Inc., is seeking an eager Junior Electrical Engineer or Programmer who is able to design, develop, and implement electrical control systems associated with packaging industry machinery. This is a key member of a core Industrial Engineering team and will have the opportunity to provide significant design input. - Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field - Familiarity of Machine Vision Systems required - PLC programming experience, Allen Bradley Control Logix programming skills preferred - Must have an understanding of troubleshooting machine control systems - Ability to read and understand electrical schematics - Ability to work well with others - Ability to prepare, read, and interpret written reports, instructions, procedures, and guidelines - Ability to maintain confidentiality
