Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Internet Automotive Sales Consultant to become an integral part of our growing team at Carlease.com! At Carlease, you will have the opportunity to sell all makes and model vehicles with no-pressure sales tactics or typical dealership gamesmanship. Carlease provides above market compensation, including a strong base salary plus commission. We also provide flexible hours (9-5 M-F) and exceptional benefits (including 100% paid medical and dental).

Responsibilities:

  • Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers clients
  • Reach and exceed agreed upon sales targets
  • Close and follow up on sales transactions
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Network and build relationships with new and existing client base

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Prior BDC/Internet dealership sales experience a plus
  • Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with common dealership CRM systems a plus
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Polished communication and writing skills
