Job Description:

Sales and Business Development Manager Growing privately owned Manufacturing Company seeks to improve its pool of talented professionals by adding expertise in the area of Sales and Business development. The company seeks to add a Sales a Business Development Leader to promote our expanded offering of products within our Pipe Insulation Division. This opportunity is best described as a Sales Engineer for Thermal Insulation Systems. The ideal candidate would have insights into, insulation sales, contractor sales, specification generation, and would work closely with our manufacturing group to bring new offerings to market. The company is investing in additional manufacturing processes aimed at increased capacity to supply buyers within the market whatever they require for their pipe insulation projects. This opportunity is the result of a growth initiative in a company that has been in business for 30 years. Candidate will be on the front end of this growth, due to company's commitment to expand. The key will be the execution of a sales plan and a dedicated sales driver. The new team member will be responsible for revenue growth and customer expansion. Feedback from the market place to production is critical so that products are delivered with the highest possible satisfaction. The Company offers very competitive pay, performance incentives. Professional Skills Required Familiarity with the CRM program Salesforce. Strong working Knowledge of MS, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Word. Excellent Organizational Skills. Strong communication Skills. Primary Job Functions Driving Revenue. Driving Quote Volume. Continual Updates to Information in Salesforce. Projecting Sales Insure Customer Satisfaction through follow up. Primary Measures of Success Include Increased sales. Increased number of Client accounts. Improved Customer Satisfaction.
