Job Description:

We're looking for a full-time DevOps Engineer with a passion for collaboration, problem-solving, and happiness at work to join our growing team. As a DevOps Engineer, you'd be responsible for developing and maintaining infrastructure for our production applications and our development tools. You'd work with applications engineers to help ensure rapid, reliable releases and a streamlined, automated process from development to testing to deployment. What you'll do:Collaborate with other engineers to help solve problems ranging from systems security to build automationResearch, build, and configure tools to increase the frequency and reliability of releasesMaintain highly scalable, highly available systems and automate their setupMonitor application health and respond to incidentsAutomate manual processes to keep our team efficient What we want from you:A strong desire to innovate, experiment, collaborate, and learnHigh standards for quality and attention to detailExperience setting up, maintaining, and scaling AWS deployments (EC2, S3, ELB, etc.)Experience with Chef or similar infrastructure automation toolsExperience building, hosting, and deploying Ruby applicationsThorough understanding of Linux system administration and scriptingKnowledge of security best practicesExperience with New Relic or similar availability and performance monitoring tools5+ years of experience maintaining Linux server environments Bonus points for:Experience with Engine YardExperience with MongoDBExperience with Elasticsearch About Us: We're a small team of engineers, some working from our Austin offices and some working remotely across the US. As an Account Executive, you will:
Fulfill an end-to-end inside sales cycle.
High volume outbound calling to target companies.
Manage sales pipeline from end-to-end.
Proactively target, prospect and open new opportunities.
Prospect new opportunities and execute strong product demos each day to meet key sales goals.
Identify decision makers and influencers within prospective accounts.
Manager personal pipeline and communicate progress to company against key sales goals.
Specifics about the role and other things you will need:
Minimum of two years with a successful track record in selling Technology

Ability to lead a conversation with prospects to understand current processes, tools, pains, and reasons-to-buy
Proven success in other fast-paced sales/startup environments
