Job Description:

Summary: Responsible for selling a variety of industrial metalworking fluids, services and related equipment. This representative will be given existing accounts, and a territory of the entire southeastern US. This job offers the possibility to generate substantial commissions. Job requires road sales travel of up to 500 miles per week. Responsibilities: Develop new business, both direct and distributorships, in various industries which use metalworking fluids and related product lines. Identify new opportunities, develop market strategies, forecasting, goal setting, prospecting and closing. Maintain a well-organized schedule, with balanced focus on new business and maintaining existing customer relationships. Ability to troubleshoot and discuss our products technically. Hands on product and customer support, substantial technical service capabilities. Provide top-notch customer service and build relationships with our customers. Provide regular status updates on sales performance and new opportunities. Develop business strategies that will strengthen customer relationships by supporting customer objectives. Create marketing presentations tailored to new customers/opportunities. Wiliness to travel to customers in larger regional area, and attend company tradeshows. Maintain and control sales expenses. Maintain CRM (Customer relationship management) database via Salesforce. Integrity and leadership. Self-managed sales scheduling. Proven product knowledge and continued education in our industry. In-Depth understanding of the sales process and how to maintain customer service. Outstanding communication still with technical engineers and purchasing managers. Continuous development of sales management skills. The ability to interact with both technical and non-technical personnel. Requirements and Training: Candidate must have a college degree. And ideally will have experience in business to business sales and/or knowledge of metalworking fluids and applications in which they are used. Experience in industrial manufacturing facilities and able to interface with management. Target State Date: November 1st, 2016
