Prestigious Organization is seeking a IAM Principal Engineer to join a highly technical, experienced and motivated team delivering the latest IAM technology to our enterprise and marketplace. This will be a highly technical and hands-on Principal Engineer to design, implement, and support Identity and Access Management solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

Design, implement and support highly automated, reliable and available IAM solutions

Deliver IAM systems which elevate security and compliance for in-house developed and commercial off-the-shelf applications

Lead emerging trend research, orchestrate product evaluations, and select the latest industry standards and tools

Provide advanced troubleshooting, participate in on-call rotation, and develop solutions and processes to eliminate off hours support calls

Candidates must be familiar with, and have experience in multiple of the following technology areas:

Identity governance and administration

Privileged identity management

Network, application, storage, and security integration experience

Familiarity with industry standard security and privacy controls

Federation and SSO

Multi-factor authentication solutions and technologies

PKI

Scripting, light development, and automation

Directory Services

Experience with multiple of the following products preferred:

Sailpoint or RSA/Aveksa VIA

CyberArk CCP, CPM, PSM, AIM, DNA, PTA, Vault

Kerberos, SAML, OpenID Connect, Ping Identity

Microsoft PKI, Venafi TPP, Safenet HSMs

MFA: SecurID, OTP, PKI, risk-based, biometrics, etc.

Perl, Shell, Java

eDirectory, Active Directory

F5 Load balancers, Arcsight SIEM

NIST frameworks

Essential Criteria:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems

8+ years of support and integration experience with a specialization in Identity and Access Management platforms and tools

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Security certifications a plus (CISSP, CISM, CISA)
