A Junior Human Factors Engineer must have experience in conducting evaluations of how IT products impact their users. Must have experience in documenting findings and report to senior group members.
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Degree in Computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required.
Substitutions: 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
Must pass a security clearance screening
