POSITION SUMMARY The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing the visual experience at FinishMaster. Designer is responsible for quality and innovation across all communications platforms including print, digital, and video. The Graphic Designer will integrate business requirements into design strategies, interaction, and visual solutions or designs based on marketing objectives. Lead will consult with Director of Marketing to produce design projects, internal marketing campaigns, and identify new innovations and opportunities in conjunction with Content Strategist. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAssists with creation and production of print-based flyers, training materials, logos, and miscellaneous documents using professional layout and graphic design softwareMaintain private label portfolio and develop packaging for new products and annual private brand catalogFilm and edit video and audio projects for new product launch and FinishMaster "storytelling"Take, edit, and manipulate photos as necessary for web, print or video projectsBuild design plan, including photography, for annual print and digital ad campaignCreate or modify logos and themes as needed for internal meetings and programDevelop design for all graphical elements on the website and ensure consistency across all digital marketing platformsCollaborate with Marketing team to develop campaigns, designs and landing experiences REQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, business or related field, and a minimum of three years of graphic design experienceExperience with design and production of animation, graphics, web, and print materialsEfficient project management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks concurrentlyDetail oriented, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesSolid understanding of marketing principles and awareness of social media strategiesAbility to work collaboratively and efficaciously as a team memberSelf-motivated, confident, energetic, and creativeDesire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment centered on open communication and collaborationStrong computer skills, specifically Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, experience with email marketing software and HTML a plus All applicants must be able to pass a drug screen, MVR & Background check before they can start.
