- Incumbent will serve on F135 Supply Chain Management Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) Data Quality Integration Management (DQIM) Team
- Will play a pivotal role in resolving current spare part data documentation issues in client -managed systems of record that may conflict with spare parts data records to be found in the Lockheed Martin-managed ALIS.
- Incumbent will need to formulate client responses and/or take client SAP action to first research and then resolve F-35 Action Requests (ARs) related to spare materials.
- Incumbent will need to dig into SAP records to determine root cause related to spare part serialization and/or other significant historical record disconnects.
- Inumbent will need to work effectively with Fleet Management and Maintenance Management personnel to work ARs to a timely resolution through concise yet comprehensive verbal and written communications.
- Incumbent may further be required to reach back to original source of part supply, or source of part repair to ensure that all required supporting documentation related to same part is found/created/provided to requesting agency.
- Incumbent will track resolution of ARs and report status of resolution on a periodic basis.

- Some college preferred, with a focus on Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management or integrated logistics support.
- Must be fully competent in the full range of view and edit transactions that are associated with the SAP material management suite.
- Must be able to dig into SAP and to conduct line item detailed research pertaining to spare parts orders, deliveries, reshipments, consumption, etc to enable marriage of the spare material in question to supporting service, serialization and part pedigree doccumentation.
- Familiarity with propulsion part serialization, provisioning, configuration management or part lifing and associative documentation systems is also highly desired.
- Must be able to openly and effectively communicate spare part accountability and reported usage information with a range of functional disciplines, including Fleet Management and/or Maintenance Management personnel.
- MS Office excel experience is a must.
