Job Description

Fulfillment Strategies International (FSI) is looking for a Customer Service Manager to manage a team of 8 Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). Each CSR manages anywhere from 10 - 20 different accounts, and each account has unique characteristics about how their accounts work. It is our CSRs' responsibility to be the communication liaison between our clients and the company, and it is our CSR Manager's responsibility to manage the CSR team.

Responsibilities Include:

Coordinate new account assignments as they are sold by the Sales Team and passed on to the Customer Service Team

Organize workload

Help streamline tasks among CSR team

Train new CSRs and cross-train existing CSRs on each other's accounts

Work together with other internal departments on daily order volume

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong communication skills in writing, phone and face to face interaction. Great listening skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Conflict resolution

Problem solver

Well versed in Microsoft Word and Excel

Keep accurate records. Well organized.

Management experience

Knowledge of logistics/warehousing/fulfillment, print industry, advertising, marketing and/or EDI workflow experience a plus.

About Fulfillment Strategies International - FSI:

FSI is a full service 3PL (3rd party logistics) / warehousing company who specializes in pick/pack/ship order fulfillment and kit packing. Companies who sell on-line e-commerce or who ship to boutique stores or to large retail chains store their product with us and we ship it out on an order basis. Some customers store merchandise with us and we ship to their dealer distributor networks, sales team, or directly into their stores to support their sales efforts. FSI also does custom kit assembly, where components of a marketing campaign arrive at our facility and we put them together into a kit for an event or to distribute to a provided list. Each of our clients have unique needs for how their inventory is received, stored, packed, etc. Our Customer Service Representatives are the communication liaisons between FSI and the clients. They are the primary point of contact representing both the clients and the company. FSI is a fun, but fast paced environment! Each day is different and extremely rewarding as we support our clients' work.

Companies that sell on-line, place their merchandise into retail stores or support a large sales force or dealer/distributor network store their merchandise at FSI and we distribute their merchandise to market on an order by order basis. FSI also manages large kit assembly projects to support marketing and event promotions/campaigns.
