Job Description:

Job Description Provide startup support on systems and merchandisers as required; direct and assist service and installation personnel in diagnosing and correcting operational issues on all cooling equipment; investigate and resolve field issues in a timely manner. Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks from Company, Partners and customers. Submit field reports in a timely and accurate basis. Must exhibit strong determination in problem solving, issue investigation and resolution. Work with Management to stay current on new products and technology. Know how and where to get the solution to any issues. Provide a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, act with a sense of urgency to customer requests. Demonstrate excellent customer relations skills. Share relevant information with the team and management. Provide local technical support, advice and training to Service and Installation Partners, in diagnosing and resolving common customer issues. Provide regular reviews/audits of product quality and provide suggestions for the most efficient manner of resolving customer/equipment issues. Conduct plant and customer site audits to assist in continuous improvement of company product and processes. Manage company expense account and resources with responsibility, timely submission of expense reports and accurate accounting of resources. Required Skills 5+ years of relevant experience Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, customers, and partners in both oral and written communication Must be proficient in MS applications; trainable in company systems: SAP, case controllers and XWeb Proficient troubleshooting and problem solving skills required. Must have hands on understanding of refrigeration systems and knowledge of electrical controls and equipment. Supermarket industry equipment knowledge is desirable. Approximately 70% travel to customer sites and Charleston, SC manufacturing facility will be required.
