Job Description

. Closely align with remote sales team to attend customer sales meetings (shoot outs) and demonstrations

. Attended trade shows and events acting as Subject Matter Expert for our product lines

. Provide expert training to our channel partners on our product lines

. Proactively, in collaboration with the sales teams, set customers meetings that will focus on "up-sell" opportunities

. Support sales team by responding to specific customer questions regarding company products, solutions and develop and implement specific account strategies and plans

. Answer questions, address needs, and communicate sincerely with interested customers

. Support and provide top notch service levels to individual and business customers

. Maintain "expert knowledge" of the BenQ America product portfolio

. Track demo units, ensure software updates are implemented and recall units with more than three demonstrations

. Attend customer installs and field customer product questions when contacted

. Develop applications notes, Tech FAQ's, Case Solutions to answer recurring question reducing inbound case load.

. Learn and become proficient on software tools used by e-commerce and customer service team members, both internal and external tools

. Provide weekly/monthly reporting on top issues & solutions as well as sales activity and metrics

. Attend weekly business, strategy meetings as required by department

REQUIREMENTS

. Ideal candidate must be highly motivated, results driven, and possess the self-management to achieve goals

. Must have excellent phone presence and be able to connect to people quickly

. Candidate must be an achiever who is flexible/adaptable, creative, able to articulate ideas that can generate sales

. Problem resolution and solution development skills

. Master trainer who can transfer knowledge to a broad spectrum audience

. Experienced and proficient in using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.),

. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as salesforce.com or Hubspot preferred

. working knowledge and understanding of the multimedia projector and gaming gear (displays, mice) applications preferred
