LYLAB Technology Solutions, Inc. a growing Central PA IT solutions provider is seeking an accomplished IT field engineer with proven a track record, and an ability to support and maintain our client's network and system infrastructure. Candidates should have 3+ years of field experience. A strong knowledge and practical experience with Cisco products and similar competitive products, as well as Microsoft Server products including Exchange, Active Directory and SQL Server is needed. Experience maintaining/configuring Firewalls, Managed Switches, VPNs, Routers, and working in a virtualized environment is required. Veeam and VMware experience and/or Certification a plus.
We are looking for a candidate who is strong at troubleshooting and familiar with working under pressure and who genuinely enjoys challenges. The person for this position must be a true professional who is friendly, outgoing, polite, and highly motivated to always do their best and use all their resources to get the job done right. This position includes regular travel but no overnight stays.

1. Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education and technical certifications is required.
2. A+, Network+, Security+, MCP, or equivalent certification required.
3. 2-4 years' minimum experience required.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for technical support onsite and remotely for clients
2.Security planning and configuration on the Windows Server platform
3.Responsible for implementing technology industry-approved "best practices".
4.Provide end-user software troubleshooting and support.
5. Other duties as required
