RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Designing, developing and setting-up equipment required to support
production;
* Studying product design feasibility and provide feedback to
project teams;
* Reviewing and approving concept drawings for new equipment;
* Developing specifications for new equipment required for new
product manufacturing;
* Establishing recommendations for capital equipment budget
requirements.


EDUCATION: 4-year degree required; Engineering, Industrial
Technology or related disciplines preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

* Entry level to 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing
environment;
* Mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical aptitude;
* Knowledge or experience with CAD and/or RFQ is preferred;
* Organizational and planning skills;
* Analytical and problem solving skills;
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
