Manage and support VoIP services (Desk phones, Conference phones, Soft phones, VoIP user accounts, access to Cisco Self-Portal, etc.)
Perform VoIP network systems management and troubleshooting (e.g., performance, problem, change, and capacity monitoring)
Provide service and technical coordination for VoIP services with the DHS telecommunications SIP service provider
Manage the VoIP SIP network equipment O/S and apply necessary patches, upgrades, install firmware and special security updates to IP Telephony equipment (CUBE routers, IP-Phones, Call-Manager, and Unity Servers).
Maintain and provide accurate information on all VoIP network devices, and appliances, including software installed, revision levels, and hardware configurations.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Ability to obtain clearance to work in a government facility
Approximately 2 to 3 years of experience with IP Telephony (preferably Cisco VoIP technologies)
Excellent computer skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical ability
Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities
