The Entry-Level Customer Service Manager is responsible for assisting the Manager in maintaining all aspects of property operations, monitoring and leading the Customer Service team, assisting in training, motivation and development of the Customer Service team and other teams in the office. This individual will be a key contact for clients, providing unparalleled customer service at all times. This individual will also be involved in the financial aspects of the operations and projects. The expectation is that, over time and under the guidance of the Manager, this individual will be groomed and eligible to be considered for an upper management position.

o Implementation of plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and market strategy insights.
o Discovery of strategic business opportunities and collaboration with other teams.
o Provide support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication to customers.
o Consumer Relationship Management - Understanding client and customer needs and delivering cost-effective results
o People Management - Understanding how mentor and motivate all team members' in order to help them reach full potential.

Less than 8 years customer service experience
Degree in Marketing / Advertising, Business, or Communications is preferred
Self-motivated, proven leadership / management experience
Excellent communication skills
Basic technical proficiency
