The Entry-Level Customer Service Manager is responsible for assisting the Owner / Manager with maintaining company operations and management of the Customer Service team. The Customer Service Manager will be a key contact person for clients, providing unparalleled customer service at all times. This position starts out at entry level with the expectation is that over time, and under the guidance of the Manager, this position will be prepared and eligible to be considered for an upper management position. Duties and Responsibilities:
Implementation of client plans, including product positioning and campaign strategies.
Assist in training, motivation, and development of the Customer Service team and other teams in the office.
Work closely with other teams to meet or exceed client campaign goals.
Fully understanding client and customer needs and providing a professional channel for feedback.
Monitor individual progress to provide coaching opportunities and to understand employee developmental needs.
Deliver a professional customer service experience to clients, including client product knowledge, multi-tasking, and problem solving.

Less than 8 years of management experience
