Job Description

The Entry-Level Customer Service Manager is responsible for assisting the Owner / Manager with maintaining company operations and management of the Customer Service team. The Customer Service Manager will be a key contact person for clients, providing unparalleled customer service at all times. This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry leader and grow with our company and clients in an environment that is both challenging and rewarding.

This position starts out at entry level with the expectation is that over time, and under the guidance of the Manager, this position will be prepared and eligible to be considered for an upper management position. Our clients trust how we train our employees because we have a very successful history in developing entry-level candidates into high performing managers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Implementation of client plans, including product positioning and campaign strategies.

Assist in training, motivation, and development of the Customer Service team and other teams in the office.

Work closely with other teams to meet or exceed client campaign goals.

Fully understanding client and customer needs and providing a professional channel for feedback.

Monitor individual progress to provide coaching opportunities and to understand employee developmental needs.

Deliver a professional customer service experience to clients, including client product knowledge, multi-tasking, and problem solving.

**NOT a D2D, B2B, telemarketing, administrative, or IT position!

We are looking for someone who is inquisitive, energetic, hard-working, highly motivated and committed to providing superior customer service. Most importantly, we are looking for a dynamic person who will add the strength of their unique industry experience and personality to an already wonderful team of committed employees.

Requirements:

Less than 8 years of management experience

Self-motivated, proven leader

Excellent communication skills

Willingness and ability to be trained from entry level to upper management

Experience in business, sales, marketing, or communications is a plus
