A well-established and growing fuel distributor has an immediate opening for experienced Diesel Truck Mechanics for their shop in San Jose, CA.
In business for over 22 years, Truck Mechanics will have the opportunity to join a company that has become the premier mobile fueling company for Northern California.
Diesel Truck Mechanics will work out of a well-maintained shop where you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining a fleet of light duty diesel trucks (i.e.
Dodge Ram) and trailers (i.e.
tankers); and completing and maintaining repair records.
In addition, Truck Mechanics will maintain the parts inventory and order additional parts as required.
Successful mechanics will have at least 4 years' experience with bumper to bumper truck and engine repair, service and PM; must have their own tools, and hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Those with ASE certification, training, and/or an educational background in the trade will be given preference.
Candidates must submit to a pre-employment background check (criminal, drug, physical and driving record).

$28.00 - $32.00/hour. Benefits after probationary period (Medical, Dental) and PTO (Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Days). Overtime is paid after 8 hours daily. Days, 8:00am 5:00pm (Monday Friday). Overtime after 40 hours. Direct Hire
