Summary: Perform routine maintenance, daily inspections, and minimal reworks. Maintain production standards and perform vehicle maintenance to First Group's Standards. Ensure work orders are completed properly and accurately. Job Title: Technician Level II Qualifications: Must adhere to FirstGroup America Minimum Hiring StandardsMust complete Background Check, Drug Screen, Motor Vehicle Records Check and Prior Employment History Check3+ years hands-on diesel maintenance and repair experienceBus or Medium-Heavy truck experience preferredDiesel electronic engine diagnostic and repair experienceFamiliar with large vehicle maintenance and repair including electrical, air brakes, drive trains, suspensions etc.Ability to work with little to no supervision; self-motivatingCDL License preferred; must be willing/able to obtain; will assist (Required by some locations)ASE Certifications HIGHLY preferred; must be willing/able to obtainMust possess basic mechanic's tool setMust possess valid driver's licenseMust have the ability to communicate professionallyComputer skills necessary Benefits: Vary by location, but generally include:Medical, Dental, Vision401(k)Uniforms providedSafety glasses suppliedStable employment
