Job Description

We are looking for individuals that have experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail or with leadership.

We are an aggressive marketing and advertising firm looking for outgoing individuals to fill entry level customer service position. We Train! No Experience Necessary!

The Customer Service Manager's will:

. Work with the category business team to develop strategic advertising and marketing plans to drive business results

. Develop weekly, monthly and yearly marketing strategies and tactics to support the category business

. Manage communication and marketing services as the key contact between the business team and Marketing.

. Develop strong relationships with our vendor partners

. Work with internal and external stakeholders to implement marketing plan

. Ensure consistent execution of plans across all customer touch points including Website, in-store, print and social media.

. Ensure strong and clear brand communication with our customers, while balancing business requirements and objectives.

. Provide strategic direction to Creative team.

. Project manage key initiatives with cross functional players.

Requirements

. Support and demonstrate the attributes of the brand framework.

. Understand and adhere to Company policy regarding the usage of Internet access and e-mail usage, where applicable.

. Be familiar and comply with all related company policies.

. Understand and operate within the guidelines set out in the corporate privacy policy and other corporate communication relating to privacy issues.

. Outstanding communication skills both verbal & written.

. Able to prioritize and work independently

. Able to work effectively in a team environment

. Detail-oriented and the ability to follow up on tasks.

. Work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude

. Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently
